About the Opportunity

We are inviting enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to explore the position of Customer Service Executive Customer Support & Renewals at Shaadi.com's Chennai office.

This opportunity is particularly suited to candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, building positive relationships, resolving concerns, and contributing to customer retention and subscription renewals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver professional, courteous, and effective customer service.
- Engage with existing customers to understand their requirements and address concerns.
- Support customer retention and subscription renewal activities.
- Communicate confidently and professionally in Tamil and English.
- Handle customer queries and objections with empathy, patience, and persuasive communication.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Support the team's customer service and renewal objectives.

Eligibility Requirements
- Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Experience:



Minimum 1 year in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Renewals.
- Languages: Good communication skills in both Tamil and English.
- Age Criteria: 22–34 years, as specified in the hiring requirements.
- Preferred Skills: Customer handling, communication, problem-solving, relationship management, and customer retention.

Attractive Salary Package Monthly Take-Home Salary: 18,000–22,000

Final compensation will depend on the candidate's last-drawn salary and the employer's assessment.

Working Hours & Weekly Off

Shift Timings:

- Female Employees: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Male Employees: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Weekly Off: Two rotational weekdays off between Monday and Friday. Walk-In Interview Venue
