We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about courses, and achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs and career opportunities.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

- Guide students through the admission and documentation process.

- Maintain follow-ups with leads and ensure conversion into enrolments.

- Maintain accurate records in CRM/software.

- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processing.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Masters preferred).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Target-driven and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

- Prior experience in education counseling/sales will be an added advantage.
