Job Role

- Handle customer and bank member queries related to Travel process
- Resolve customer enquiries, requests, and complaints through Emails and Outbound Calls.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns as per process guidelines.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility:




- Graduation is Mandatory
- Valuable communication skills required.
- Candidates with relevant customer service experience will be preferred.

Shift Timings:

Male Candidates:

- Between 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Any 10-hour shift)

Female Candidates:

- Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Any 10-hour shift)

5 Days Working 2 Rotational Week Offs

Salary

- 1 Year of On-Paper Experience: 21,800 In-Hand
- 2 Years of On-Paper Experience: 32,000 In-Hand
