Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage e-invoices across different categories.

- Create, maintain, and organize accounting records and files to support tax preparation and compliance.

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

- Perform Payment Voucher, Receipt Voucher, and Journal Voucher entries.

- Carry out ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.

- Handle bank reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies.

- Maintain and monitor accounts receivable and collection records.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.

- Provide necessary accounting and operational support to the team.

- Assist in other finance and accounting activities as required by management.

Qualifications & Experience





- 12 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

- Practical knowledge of e-invoicing and collection procedures.

- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime accounting software.

- Positive understanding of TDS, GST, bank reconciliation, and tax compliance.

- Knowledge or experience in Accounts Receivable will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Access.

- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records.
