for Accounts Payable Role :-

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately process vendor invoices and employee expense reports in compliance with company policies and timelines.

- Maintain up-to-date vendor master data and ensure timely reconciliation of vendor statements.

- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor queries in a professional manner.

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting.

- Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procure-to-pay operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or finance operations.

- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and other MS Office tools.

- Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
