Our mission is to provide students with comprehensive guidance throughout their study abroad journeyfrom career counselling and university selection to application support, admission, visa assistance, and pre-departure services.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about courses, colleges, and career options.

Understand students' academic background, interests, and career goals.

Suggest suitable courses and colleges based on their requirements.

Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process, and deadlines.

Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

Follow up with students and parents and convert enquiries into admissions.

Assist students with the admission process and required documentation.

Maintain proper records and update student details in the CRM.

Coordinate with colleges, universities, and internal teams when required.

Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.

Maintain a qualified and positive relationship with students and parents

Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong counselling and convincing skills.





Good listening and problem-solving ability.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work with targets.

Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, email, and WhatsApp.

Qualification

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

Candidates with experience in Academic Counselling, Education Consultancy, Admissions,

EdTech, or Inside Sales will be preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
