Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred, 0-30 days

We are looking for an experienced General Management professional to take complete ownership of business operations, strategy, growth, and overall P&L; management. The incumbent will work closely with the CMD and drive business performance, operational excellence, and strategic expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive overall business strategy, planning, and execution.
- Take complete ownership of business P&L;, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Lead and manage a team of 810 senior leaders across business functions.
- Develop business growth strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Drive operational excellence, productivity, and cost efficiencies.
- Build and execute business roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
- Monitor business performance through key operational and financial metrics.




- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective execution of business priorities.
- Partner with the CMD on strategic decisions and business expansion initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

- CA / CMA qualification is mandatory.
- Strong experience in General Management / Business Leadership.
- Proven track record of end-to-end P&L; accountability.
- Hands-on experience in business strategy formulation and execution.
- Experience managing multiple functions and senior leadership teams.
- Exposure to QSR / Catering / Food Services / Manufacturing industries.
- Ability to operate in a startup workplace with an entrepreneurial mindset and complete business ownership.
