Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.

- Provide accurate and timely responses to customers' concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, CSat etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in BPO industry (domestic voice process).

- Any graduation degree (B.Tech/BE/BBA/BCA/BA/MA) except technical streams like BE/B.Tech/ME/MCA.

- Excellent communication skills in English language.
