In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, resolving their queries over the phone and ensuring an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by resolving issues on the first call whenever possible.
- Log details of all calls and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts and company policies closely.

Requirements &

Skills

- Education: High School (12th Pass)



or Graduate in any stream.

- Experience: 0 to 4 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Language: Fluent in English (Mandatory) - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work in shifts (Rotational/Day/Night shifts depending on business needs).
