Outpace Consulting is hiring candidates for multiple customer support processes in Kolkata. We have exciting opportunities for both freshers and experienced candidates across E-Commerce, Travel, International Voice and Domestic Voice processes.

Available Positions & Salary Details1. E-Commerce Non-Voice Process

- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Salary: ₹18,000 per month (In-Hand)
- Additional Benefits:
- ₹1,400 Travel Allowance
- One-Way Cab Facility
- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat and email.
- Assist customers with order-related issues.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Maintain customer service quality standards.

1. Travel Voice Process

- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Salary: ₹20,000–₹21,000 per month (In-Hand)
- Additional Benefits:
- ₹1,400 Travel Allowance
- One-Way Cab Facility
- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls related to travel services.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries.
- Provide appropriate solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.

1. International Voice Process

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of international calling experience
- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (In-Hand)
- Additional Benefits:
- ₹1,400 Travel Allowance

- Additional Performance-Based Incentives
- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Provide effective customer support and maintain service quality.

1. Domestic Voice Process

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of calling experience
- Salary: ₹13,000 per month (In-Hand)
- Additional Benefits:
- Up to ₹1,250 Incentives
- ₹1,400 Travel Allowance
- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic customer calls.
- Understand and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a customer support environment.
- Freshers can apply for E-Commerce Non-Voice and Travel Voice profiles.
- Relevant calling experience is mandatory for International and Domestic Voice profiles.
