Job Title: International Chat Support Executive (Non-Voice Process)

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Salary: ₹18,500 – ₹25,000 per month (In-Hand)

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for an International Non-Voice Process in Gurgaon. The role involves assisting international customers through chat, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Candidates with prior international chat BPO experience are preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Maintain qualified and effective written communication with international customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Key Requirements




- 0–1 year of experience in international chat or non-voice BPO processes preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
