Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up and operate HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Read engineering drawings, understand part requirements, and program machine operations using CNC programming languages.
- Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in operating HMC/VMC machines or similar CNC equipment.
- Robust understanding of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and creating programs using CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
