About One Kiraana

One Kiraana is a quick-growing startup helping neighbourhood kirana stores build their own brands, simplify operations and grow their business through technology.

We're looking for a creative mind to help shape our customers' visual identities. You'll work closely with the core leadership team and have the freedom to experiment, create and bring your ideas to life.

What We're Looking For

- 4–5 years of experience in a design studio.
- Must have experience in shopper marketing, including packaging design, point-of-sale (POS) materials, in-store branding and retail communication.
- Strong visualisation, design thinking, typography and layout skills.
- Must be proficient in using AI tools to generate images, videos, ad creatives and marketing content.
- Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar design tools.
- Ability to shoot and edit product photographs for e-commerce listings and videos for social media.
- A self-starter who can think conceptually, execute independently and take complete ownership of creative projects.





Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design social media campaigns, digital ads, reels and marketing creatives.
- Design packaging, POS materials, in-store branding elements and other shopper marketing assets.
- Use AI tools to create compelling visuals and video content.
- Shoot, edit and optimise product photographs for e-commerce and mobile app listings.
- Shoot and edit engaging short-form videos and reels for social media.
- Design marketing collateral, presentations and app-related creatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to turn business ideas into impactful communication.
- Handle day-to-day creative requirements with speed and attention to detail.
