AI Vision / Technical lead

Role Overview:

Vision AI Tech Lead provides a single point of technical ownership from requirement through go-live, ensuring that each deployment has an agreed design, complete technical documentation, resolved integration dependencies, appropriate security assurance and clear technical readiness for deployment.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
2. Own the end-to-end technical solution across Vision AI, cameras, edge, network, cloud/on-premises infrastructure and associated integrations.
3. Technical Design & Documentation
4. Ensure the TDD and associated technical documentation accurately represent the agreed solution, including architecture, data flows, interfaces, BoM and technical requirements.
5. Site Engineering & Integration
6. Lead technical integration across cameras/CCTV, network connectivity, edge infrastructure, and cloud environments, addressing site-specific constraints.
7. Security, Data & AI Assurance
8. Ensure technical designs meet applicable Digital Security, data privacy, AI governance, and data-management requirements.
9. Supplier & Stakeholder Technical Management
10. Act as the technical interface across technology suppliers, Engineering,



Network, Cloud, Digital Security, and site teams, driving technical decisions and issues to closure.
11. Deployment Readiness & Technical Assurance
12. Own technical readiness through design, installation, commissioning and go-live, proactively managing technical risks, dependencies, and blockers.

Key Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in solution architecture and end-to-end technical delivery.
- Experience across AI/ML,cloud, edge, network, and site/industrial technology environments.
- Knowledge of CCTV/IP cameras and video analytics.
- Strong understanding of networking, data flows, integration, security, and access control.
- Experience producing and reviewing TDDs, solution architecture, BoMs, and technical specifications.
- Experience working with Cyber Security, privacy, and technology assurance processes.
- Solid supplier management and technical stakeholder leadership.
- Ability to translate business requirements and site constraints into practical technical solutions.
- Strong technical risk management, problem solving and decision-making skills.
