Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Visa Counsellor to guide clients through visa and immigration processes. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective clients, understanding their travel or immigration requirements, explaining suitable visa options, and assisting them throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding tourist, student, visitor, work and other visa categories.
- Understand clients' requirements, eligibility, travel history and documentation.
- Explain visa procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, processing timelines and applicable fees.
- Handle incoming enquiries, follow-up calls and convert prospective clients into customers.
- Assist clients in collecting, checking and organizing visa application documents.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team for application preparation and submission.
- Maintain accurate client records, follow-up details and application status updates.
- Keep updated with visa rules, immigration policies and embassy requirements.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding their applications and appointments.
- Ensure professional client handling,



confidentiality and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly counselling, conversion and revenue targets.
- Prepare daily work reports and maintain proper follow-up records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience in visa counselling or immigration is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of visa procedures and documentation.
- Solid counselling, convincing and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented, organized and professional approach.

Experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in visa counselling or immigration consultancy will be preferred.

Performance Expectations
- Timely follow-up with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly counselling and enrolment/conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Ensure a high standard of client service and professional communication.

Salary As per candidate's experience, skills and interview performance.
