Job Responsibilities:

- Guide clients regarding different visa categories, immigration processes, and overseas opportunities.
- Understand clients' requirements and suggest suitable visa options.
- Provide accurate information about visa eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.
- Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Assist clients in preparing and verifying visa application documents.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding their application status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Maintain proper client records and documentation.
- Build strong client relationships and provide professional counselling.
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth.





Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of visa and immigration processes.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualification: Graduate / Bachelor's Degree preferred. Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
