What we're looking for

Storytelling: Should understand how to build a story, create curiosity and maintain audience interest.

Speed: Should be quick with editing and deliver videos within tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Creative thinking: Should be able to watch raw footage and independently decide how the video should flow.

Reel editing: Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media content.

Music and sound: Good sense of music selection, sound effects, pacing and transitions.

Visual sense: Should know when to use B-roll, text, zooms, cuts and other elements to make a video engaging.

Technical requirements

Must own a MacBook capable of handling video editing.

Experience with food, lifestyle or influencer content is preferred.

Most significant: We don't want someone who simply follows editing instructions. We want someone who can understand the content, think creatively and tell the story through editing.
