Role Description

As a Video Editor at Fontent, you will collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to edit video content. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, applying transitions, color grading, and integrating audio and motion graphics to meet brand and campaign objectives. You will follow project briefs, maintain consistent visual style, and optimize content for social media and other digital channels.

This is a remote, contract role that requires reliable communication, adherence to deadlines,



and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, platform-driven setting.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and social media content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging, on-brand visual elements.
- Strong understanding of major video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished content within tight timelines.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills in a remote, collaborative setting.
- Prior experience editing content for marketing, social media, or branded campaigns; agency or platform experience is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of edited video work and motion graphics across different formats and platforms.
