About the role

Morphos HR is hiring a Vice President – Projects for a leading real estate developer in Kochi known for premium high-rise residential towers.

You will lead the delivery of multiple large-scale high-rise residential projects, from design coordination to handover. You will report directly to the Managing Director, and the role carries full ownership of time, cost, quality and safety across the project portfolio.

What you'll do

- Lead multiple high-rise residential projects across the full lifecycle, from concept and design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover
- Set project execution strategy in line with business goals, budgets and timelines
- Provide technical leadership across structure, MEP, façade and finishing works
- Own budgeting, cost control, procurement, contracts and value engineering
- Build robust QA/QC systems and a zero-accident safety culture
- Manage contractors, consultants, suppliers and regulatory authorities




- Lead and grow multidisciplinary project teams
- Report progress, risks and recommendations to senior management and the Board

What we're looking for

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech, MBA or a postgraduate qualification in Construction or Project Management is a plus)
- 20+ years in construction, with substantial leadership experience in high-rise residential projects
- Hands-on experience delivering high-rise residential projects in India and overseas (essential)
- A proven record of delivering large, premium residential towers and multi-project portfolios
- Strong command of contracts, cost optimisation, planning and risk management
- Familiarity with international construction standards, modern construction technology and project management tools
