About Keertana Finserv

Keertana Finserv is seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President (VP) – Gold Loans to drive regional business growth, lead high-performing teams, and strengthen business operations across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional Gold Loan business growth and achieve assigned business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, loan disbursements, portfolio growth, and branch productivity.
- Lead, manage, and motivate regional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Identify recent business opportunities and support business expansion across assigned markets.
- Monitor branch performance, review key business metrics, and implement corrective actions where required.
- Drive staff recruitment, team building, employee productivity, and retention.
- Conduct regular branch visits and review business performance with regional and branch teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships and strengthen the company's presence across the assigned region.
- Provide regular business updates and performance reports to senior management.





Desired Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in the Gold Loan industry.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong exposure to business development, sales, and staff recruitment.
- Proven track record of driving regional or multi-branch business performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage business targets and lead teams across multiple locations.
- Immediate joiners and candidates with up to a one-month notice period are preferred.
