:

We are looking for an organized and responsible Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to manage the vehicle delivery process and ensure a smooth handover experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate vehicle delivery schedules with the Sales, Service and Stockyard teams.

- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, inspected and ready for delivery on time.

- Coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and accessories fitment.

- Verify vehicle documents, insurance and registration details.

- Follow up on pending payments, loan approvals and RTO formalities.

- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery dates and timings.

- Maintain vehicle delivery records and daily reports.

- Ensure a smooth and satisfactory vehicle handover experience.

Requirements:

- Graduate or Diploma qualification preferred.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

- Prior experience in automobile dealerships or vehicle delivery coordination will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
