Review recovery progress and ensure effective case handling.
Negotiate settlements and recovery plans where appropriate.

Portfolio Monitoring




Analyze overdue and legal portfolio performance.
Track recovery efficiency, legal case status, and aging buckets.
Prepare MIS reports and recovery dashboards for management review.

Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all recovery actions comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation and legal records.
Identify and mitigate legal and operational risks in recovery processes.

Customer Resolution & Settlement
Handle escalated customer cases and disputes.
Facilitate settlements, restructurings, and one-time settlement (OTS) proposals.
Balance customer satisfaction with recovery objectives.
