– Service & Body Shop Advisor (4-Wheeler Automobile Industry)

Experience:
1–5 Years Industry: Automobile / 4-Wheeler Dealership Job

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and vehicle service requirements at the dealership.
Understand customer complaints and coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repairs.
Prepare service estimates, job cards, and repair quotations.
Handle body shop requirements, including accident repairs, denting, painting, and insurance claims.
Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, technicians, and customers.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback. Required

Skills:
Experience in a 4-wheeler automobile dealership or service centre.
Knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and body shop operations.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of insurance claims and service documentation. Pay: ₹10,000.00
₹25,000.00 per month Work
