Role Description The Marathi and Hindi Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging language lessons for middle school students, ensuring alignment with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pune City and involves creating lesson plans, teaching Marathi and Hindi language concepts, managing classroom activities, and assessing student progress. The teacher will design age-appropriate learning materials, support students with varying proficiency levels, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.



Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining classroom discipline, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and school initiatives, communicating with parents or guardians as needed, and participating in school meetings, events, and professional development activities.
Qualifications
Strong Teaching skills with experience in handling Middle School learners, preferably in Marathi and Hindi language instruction.
Ability to work with Curriculum design and implementation, including lesson planning and alignment with academic standards.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage students, collaborate with colleagues, and interact with families.
Relevant teaching qualification or degree in Education, Languages, or a related field; Marathi and Hindi language proficiency is essential.
Prior experience in classroom management and student assessment, with a learner-centered and inclusive teaching approach.
Comfort with basic educational technology tools and willingness to adopt innovative teaching methods.
