Role Description The Retail Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for supporting daily retail operations and delivering a positive customer experience. This includes greeting customers, understanding their needs, providing product information, and recommending suitable items related to aviation and travel. The role involves processing sales transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, replenishing stock, and keeping the retail area clean and organized. The Retail Sales Associate will handle customer inquiries and concerns,



ensure accurate billing and cash handling, and work closely with the team to meet sales targets. The role may also involve assisting with promotional activities, inventory checks, and basic reporting to store leadership.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales techniques, with an ability to meet or exceed targets.
Solid Product Knowledge, with willingness to learn and understand aviation-related merchandise.
Basic numerical and cash-handling skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
