Responsibilities:
Supervise daily work at residential flat construction sites.
Manage and coordinate labourers, masons, electricians, plumbers, painters, etc.
Ensure work is completed properly and on time.
Check the quality of construction and finishing work.
Monitor labour attendance and daily work progress.
Check material requirements and avoid unnecessary wastage.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Report daily site progress and issues to management.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline at the site.
Visit different project sites in Patna as required.

Requirements:
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
Experience:
2–5 Years (Preferred)
Experience in residential building or flat construction.
Basic knowledge of civil work, tiles, plastering, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
Ability to manage labourers and handle site activities independently.
Hardworking, responsible, and punctual. Pay: ₹15,000.00
₹35,000.00 per month
