Hiring: Piping Design Engineer

Experience:
2–5 Years Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering Design Required Software: AutoCAD Plant 3D

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Piping Design Engineer with 2–5 years of relevant experience in piping design and 3D modelling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AutoCAD Plant 3D and a positive understanding of piping layouts, P&IDs;, piping isometrics, and engineering drawings. Candidates with experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC projects are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain 3D piping models using AutoCAD Plant 3D.
Prepare piping layouts, equipment layouts, and general arrangement drawings.
Develop piping isometric and orthographic drawings.
Perform piping routing based on P&IDs; and project specifications.
Review P&IDs;, equipment layouts, and engineering documents.
Generate piping isometrics and Material Take-Off (MTO).
Coordinate with process, mechanical, structural, and other engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable engineering standards.




Incorporate design modifications based on engineering reviews and client comments. Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Piping Design.
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD Plant 3D is mandatory.
Positive understanding of P&IDs;, piping layouts, valves, fittings, and piping components.
Experience in 3D piping modelling and isometric extraction.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
Positive communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Navisworks for 3D model review and clash detection.
Familiarity with Oil & Gas / EPC project workflows.
Understanding of ASME and other relevant piping standards.
Experience in multidisciplinary engineering projects. Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
