Chennai, Tamil Nadu Industry: US Healthcare – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Position: Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive Job Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable (AR) for US healthcare clients.
Follow up with US insurance companies regarding pending medical claims.
Handle denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
Analyse Explanation of Perks (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA).
Identify reasons for claim denials and take appropriate action.
Contact insurance companies to check claim status.
Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.
Ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims.
Update account details and follow-up notes in the billing system.



Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory (any degree).
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the opening.
Valuable English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computers.
Willingness to work in US night shifts.
