Location:
Gurugram / Project Site

Experience:
2–5 Years Qualification: B.
Arch / Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture or equivalent ### Job Responsibilities
### Develop landscape design concepts, plans, sections, and detailed drawings for projects.
### Prepare landscape layouts, planting plans, hardscape and softscape designs.
### Coordinate with architects, civil, structural, MEP and other engineering teams.
### Prepare design presentations, 3D views and relevant project documentation.
### Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and design standards.
### Assist in site visits, inspections and coordination with contractors/vendors.
### Prepare BOQs, specifications and material selections related to landscape works.
### Incorporate sustainable landscape practices and appropriate plant species.




### Support senior landscape architects in design development and project delivery. ### Required Skills
### Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
### Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape or other 3D visualization tools.
### Valuable understanding of landscape design, planting, hardscape and softscape.
### Knowledge of landscape materials, irrigation systems and site development.
### Positive communication, coordination and presentation skills.
### Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. ### Preferred: Experience in large-scale urban development, infrastructure, township, commercial or public-realm projects.
