Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize formulations for creams, serums, lotions, shampoos, face washes, sunscreens, and other personal care products.
Troubleshoot batch-related issues, including pH, viscosity, stability, texture, and phase separation.
Handle laboratory trials, pilot batches, scale-up, and technology transfer.
Conduct stability testing, raw material evaluation, and formulation performance assessments.




Optimize manufacturing processes and formulation costs.
Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Packaging teams.
Maintain formulation records, trial reports, and technical documentation. What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on formulation development experience.
Solid knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, emulsification, surfactants, preservatives, and stability testing.
Practical experience in batch troubleshooting and formulation optimization.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred: Experience in Current Product Development (NPD), commercial batch scale-up, regulatory compliance, and CAPA.
