Any relevant degree Freshers: Can Apply Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Business Coach to join our team at myG Head Office, Calicut. The ideal candidate should have a passion for employee training, mentoring, performance improvement, and career development. The role involves conducting training programs, guiding employees, monitoring performance, and implementing effective coaching strategies to support employee growth and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Identify employee training and development needs in coordination with management.
Plan, organize, and conduct training and onboarding sessions.
Develop effective training programs and coaching strategies.
Mentor, motivate, and guide employees to improve their performance.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning resources.




Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure employees follow established training and work processes.
Maintain training records and performance reports.
Coordinate with different departments to support employee development.

Requirements:
Any relevant degree; MBA, HR, or Business Management preferred.
0–2 years of experience in training, coaching, HR, or related fields.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
Valuable mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills.
Positive attitude and interest in employee development. Pay: ₹25,000.00
₹35,000.00 per month
