Job Summary

Responsible for welcoming restaurant guests, safely parking and retrieving their vehicles, and providing excellent customer service. Ensure smooth vehicle movement, proper parking management, and a positive first impression for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Receive vehicle keys and park guest vehicles safely and securely.
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles promptly when guests are ready to leave.
- Maintain proper records of vehicle details, keys, and parking tickets.
- Handle guest vehicles with utmost care and responsibility.
- Assist guests with doors, luggage, and other basic requirements.
- Coordinate with security and restaurant staff to manage parking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area.
- Follow traffic rules and restaurant safety procedures.
- Report any vehicle damage, accidents, or guest complaints immediately.
- Maintain professional grooming, punctuality,



and courteous behavior.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driving licence.
- Good driving skills and knowledge of different vehicle types.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
