Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing members and encourage them to renew their memberships
- Clearly explain membership benefits and value propositions to drive conversions
- Build solid relationships with members by understanding their needs and preferences
- Manage the complete membership renewal cycle, including pitching, follow-ups, and closing
- Consistently achieve renewal targets and contribute to overall team performance and revenue

Skills Requirements

- Strong telesales and communication skills with a proven ability (or strong potential) to meet and

exceed targets




- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling, with a goal-oriented approach to membership

renewals
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong sense of ownership, work ethic, and integrity
- Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to perform in a target-driven environment

Qualification and Working Experience
- Diploma or Degree preferred
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- At least 1 year of sales / service experience preferably from the travel-related industry or a

- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
