Role & responsibilities
- Find and contact candidates using Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Read and understand job requirements from our US clients.
- Call and interview candidates to check their skills and fit for the role.
- Negotiate pay rates and handle standard US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
- Keep all candidate records updated in our tracking system.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1 to 4 years of experience in US recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of US visas (H1B, OPT, US Citizen, etc.) and time zones.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts to match US hours.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable making daily phone calls.
- This is for 3 months Contract
