The Role

You build and run our US sales team: 50 to 100 remote reps selling AI services to US businesses. You hire them, train them, drive them every shift and keep them compliant. The founder trains you personally on the product, the demo, the pitch and the numbers. You turn that into a team that sells every night.

What you will do

- Build the team: hire, onboard and ramp reps, and keep the bench full.
- Train every rep on the demo, the pitch, objection handling, the CRM and their own numbers, until they close on their own.
- Run the numbers every shift: dials, conversations, demos booked and held, close rate and revenue per rep. When someone slips, fix it that night.
- Keep the team compliant with US rules: Do Not Call scrubbing, TCPA, calling hours by time zone, call-recording consent and no false claims. Keep the records: recordings, QA scores and opt-outs.
- Listen to calls every day, coach reps live and run role-plays.
- Run the team: a kick-off at the start of every shift, live leaderboards, shout-outs, contests, daily motivation and the right words when the team is behind.
- Report to the founder: numbers every night, and a weekly review of people, pipeline and what to change.

What we expect
- 7+ years in sales, including 3+ years managing 30 or more reps selling to US customers: inside sales, US process, SaaS or services.
- You have run high-incentive sales teams and kept them selling month after month.




- You know the US buyer and US calling rules, and your teams have a clean compliance record.
- You live in the numbers. You can show your team size, targets, conversion and attrition, month by month.
- You are relentless. You stay on top of your team every hour of the shift, and you find problems before they find you.
- Strong spoken and written English.

Positive to have SaaS or AI sales. HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Salesforce. Dialers such as JustCall, Kixie or Aircall. Hiring reps at volume.

How we work

- Fully remote, anywhere in India.
- US hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday.
- You report to the founder.

How we hire

2. A 30-minute call. Walk us through the biggest team you ran: headcount, targets, conversion, attrition and how you kept it compliant. Leave out client names and anything confidential.
3. A live round of about 45 minutes. Run a 10-minute shift kick-off as if we were your reps, coach a rep on a sample call we play you, and write the WhatsApp message you would send at 1 AM when the team is 40% behind target.
4. A final call with the founder.
