About the Role

We are hiring US Recruiters – Manufacturing, Industrial & Logistics with hands-on experience in high-volume U.S. Non-IT recruitment, specifically for Full-Time/Direct-Hire positions.

You’ll specialize in sourcing, engaging, and placing professionals across U.S. manufacturing companies, industrial machinery businesses, logistics organizations, supply chain operations, and enterprise clients.

Our primary focus is recruiting Manufacturing Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Industrial Engineers, CNC Machinists, Maintenance Technicians, Plant Managers, Production Managers, Operations Managers, Quality Engineers, Supply Chain Managers, Logistics Managers, Warehouse Managers, and other Industrial & Manufacturing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand U.S. manufacturing, industrial, and logistics hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for full-time/direct-hire opportunities.
- Manage a high volume of U.S. Non-IT requirements while maintaining candidate quality and timely submissions.
- Recruit across Manufacturing, Industrial Machinery, Mechanical Engineering, Plant Operations, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution, and Logistics.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed,



job boards, professional networks, referrals, and passive sourcing channels.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical expertise, industry experience, location, compensation expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Manage candidate engagement, interview feedback, offer negotiations, and placement closures.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, submissions, and pipelines in the ATS/CRM.
- Build strong talent pipelines for recurring manufacturing, industrial, and logistics requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on U.S. Non-IT recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in high-volume U.S. Full-Time/Direct-Hire recruitment.
- Experience recruiting Manufacturing, Industrial Machinery, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics professionals is strongly preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple full time requirements and high-volume candidate outreach.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate qualification skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial operations, engineering roles, and related hiring processes.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, and passive sourcing communities.
- Good understanding of U.S. recruitment processes, compensation structures, and candidate engagement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad during U.S. business hours.
