Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting professionals for various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and assess candidates against technical job requirements.
- Recruit candidates for various roles.
- Develop a strong understanding of technical job descriptions, required skills, technologies, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical experience, skills, location, work authorization, compensation/rate, availability, and overall suitability.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, clients, and account managers.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding requirements.




- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS/VMS.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment and submission targets.
- Ensure candidates are properly qualified and submitted within required timelines.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, and the US staffing market.

Required Qualifications

- Hands-on experience in US Recruitment.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates for various technical positions.
- Good understanding of technical skills, technologies, and job requirements.
- Experience working with US-based clients or staffing requirements is highly desirable.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
