About the Role

We are hiring U.S. Recruiters – Construction & Civil Engineering with hands-on experience in high-volume U.S. Non-IT recruitment, specifically for Full-Time/Direct-Hire positions.

You’ll specialize in sourcing, engaging, and placing construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure professionals across U.S. construction companies, engineering firms, general contractors, and enterprise clients.

Our primary focus is recruiting Construction Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Project Engineers, Construction Managers, MEP Professionals, Safety Managers, and other Construction & Infrastructure professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand U.S. construction and civil engineering hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for full-time/direct-hire opportunities.
- Manage a high volume of U.S. Non-IT requirements while maintaining candidate quality and timely submissions.
- Recruit across Commercial Construction, Heavy Civil, Infrastructure, General Contracting, and Specialty Construction.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, professional networks,



referrals, and passive sourcing channels.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical expertise, project experience, location, compensation expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Manage candidate engagement, interview feedback, offer negotiations, and placement closures.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, submissions, and pipelines in the ATS/CRM.
- Build strong talent pipelines for recurring construction and civil engineering requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on U.S. Non-IT recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in high-volume U.S. Full-Time/Direct-Hire recruitment.
- Experience recruiting Construction, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or related professionals is strongly preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple full-time requirements and high-volume candidate outreach.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate qualification skills.
- Familiarity with construction industry roles, terminology, and hiring processes.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, and passive sourcing communities.
- Good understanding of U.S. recruitment processes, compensation structures, and candidate engagement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in office in Hyderabad during U.S. business hours.
