About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals eager to build a rewarding career in US Recruitment. As an Associate Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers to source, screen, and identify the best talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Source and screen profiles using job portals, databases, social media, and professional networks.
- Apply research and networking strategies to identify top talent.
- Conduct preliminary assessments and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process with attention to quality and timelines.
- Interested or Experienced to working in International recrutiment for multiple industries for US Clients





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent English communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive and cooperative team player.
- Goal-oriented with strong attention to deadlines.
- Willingness to work in the US time zone (Night Shift).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- Passion and interest in pursuing a career in recruitment.
