Title: US Non-IT Recruiter

Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Mode: Work from Office

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a US Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles in Healthcare, Pharma, Finance, Accounting, HR, and Administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean searches.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Understand job requirements and submit suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Understand US staffing terms such as W2, 1099, C2C, USC, GC, and H1B.
- Maintain candidate information in ATS tools like Bullhorn and JobDiva.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 3–8 years in US Non-IT Staffing.
- Valuable knowledge of US recruitment and staffing processes.
- Experience recruiting for Healthcare, Pharma, Finance, or other Non-IT roles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and meet recruitment targets.
