Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled US IT Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate must be exceptionally solid in sourcing, identifying, and attracting qualified IT professionals through multiple recruitment channels. Candidates should have hands-on experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for various technical requirements.
- Excellent sourcing skills using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
- Proactively identify and source qualified candidates through Boolean searches and advanced search techniques.
- Recruit candidates for W2, C2C, and 1099 positions.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and availability.
- Understand client requirements and technical job descriptions.
- Manage candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate pay rates and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Understand US work authorization categories, including H1B, GC, EAD, OPT, and CPT.




- Coordinate with account managers and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate-hunting skills.
- Strong expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Knowledge of US visa and work authorization categories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in US time zones.
