Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter specialized in sourcing and hiring top-tier Training Professionals for our US recruitment division. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle specifically for trainer profiles.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and headhunt candidates for US Recruitment Trainer positions.

Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from initial screening to onboarding.

Understand the unique skill sets required for training roles in the US recruitment domain.

Conduct initial telephone interviews to assess candidates' experience in teaching US recruitment concepts, tax terms, and visa types.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.

Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected trainers.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a US Recruiter, with a successful track record in hiring

Robust understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and specific training requirements.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
