MEDSCoders Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented US IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand US IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates' technical experience and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.




- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work towards daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of US IT staffing is an added advantage.
- Good sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in the US night shift.
- Robust willingness to learn and achieve targets.
