This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates looking to start their careers in the US Healthcare Staffing and Recruitment industry.

No prior recruitment or healthcare experience is required. We provide comprehensive training to help you understand the US healthcare recruitment process and develop the skills needed to succeed.

The most important requirement for this position is excellent English communication skills and the confidence to interact with candidates over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment platforms.
- Communicate with healthcare professionals across the United States.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Understand various US healthcare job roles and staffing requirements.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and manage a strong candidate pipeline.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
- Provide timely updates and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Good interpersonal and active listening skills.




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Recruitment Experience: Not mandatory.

Healthcare Knowledge: Not mandatory. Training will be provided.
