Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in hiring for US Healthcare / Clinical / Non-Clinical roles. Candidate should be able to handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for US Healthcare requirements - RN, LPN, CNA, Medical Assistant, Physical Therapist, Pharmacist, Allied Health roles

Work on W2, C2H,

Direct Hire requirements Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal database

Screen resumes for licenses, certifications (BLS, ACLS, NCLEX, State License), experience and location

Conduct initial phone screening - check availability, pay rate, shift, location, license validity

Coordinate interviews with Account Managers / Clients

Negotiate pay rates and close candidates

Maintain daily submittals, interviews and closures report in ATS / Excel





Build and maintain pipeline of healthcare professionals for future requirements

Follow compliance - I-9, E-Verify, Background Check, License verification

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of US Healthcare recruitment experience (W2)Strong experience in Clinical hiring - RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, MA, PT, OT, SLP

Proficient in using Job Boards - Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter

Understanding of US healthcare terms - Shift, License, Certifications, Compact License, Travel assignments

Excellent communication skills - Verbal & Written

Ability to work in night shift and handle pressure of submittals

Experience with ATS like Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva is a plus

Education: Any Graduate
