Hiring US Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive
Experience: 1–5 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: US Shift
Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end invoice processing and submission.
- Prepare, verify, and send invoices to US clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.
- Manage accounts receivable and collection activities.
- Track overdue invoices and ensure timely payment recovery.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Prepare daily and weekly AR reports.
Required Skills
- Experience in US Accounts Receivable operations.
- Knowledge of invoice processing and client billing.
- Hands-on experience in payment follow-ups and collections.
- Positive communication and MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of US staffing billing processes is an advantage.
