We are looking for skilled accounting professionals for reputed firms in Ahmedabad.

1. US Accountant- CPA Firm

Shift Timings: 2 PM-11 PM

Experience: 1+ Years

Qualification: Master's / CA / Inter CA / CPA / EA

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage bookkeeping and accounting activities for US-based clients.
- Handle payroll and sales tax filing processes.
- Record financial transactions, invoices, bills and journal entries.
- Perform bank, credit card, vendor, customer and GL reconciliations.
- Manage month-end, quarterly and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.
- Coordinate with US clients and support audit requirements.

2. US Assistant Manager- CA Firm Shift: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Qualification: Any

Experience: 3+ Years

Min. 1 Year of experience in team handling and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage bookkeeping and accrual-based accounting for US clients.
- Handle journal entries, reconciliations and month-end closing.
- Maintain prepaids, fixed assets, depreciation and amortisation schedules.
- Review general ledger, expense classifications and allocations.




- Prepare financial reports, accounting schedules and client presentation decks.
- Analyse financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Communicate independently with US clients over calls and emails.
- Support financial analysis and FP&A; activities.

3. US Accountant CMA Qualified (KPO) Shift Timings: Based on Projects

Qualification: CMA Qualified

Experience: 1+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Manage bank entries, reconciliations and journal entries.
- Record sales and purchase invoices.
- Maintain the General Ledger and prepare AR/AP ageing reports.
- Perform Gross Profit and expense analysis.
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accounting documentation and weekly work status reports.
