Job Title: Business Analyst Treasury

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Banking Treasury operations and financial products. The candidate should have experience in gathering business requirements, preparing functional documentation, interacting with stakeholders, and coordinating with technical teams for implementation of Treasury-related banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Treasury operations.
2. Work closely with Treasury business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
3. Prepare BRD, FRD, functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
4. Understand Treasury products such as Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market, Fixed Income, Bonds, and Derivatives.
5. Analyse business processes and recommend improvements.
6. Coordinate with development and testing teams for requirement clarification.
7. Support SIT, UAT,



defect tracking, and production implementation.
8. Ensure business requirements are aligned with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.
9. Perform gap analysis between existing processes and proposed solutions.
10. Support end-to-end implementation of Treasury banking applications.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Robust knowledge of Banking Treasury domain.
- Understanding of FX, Money Market, Fixed Income and Derivatives.
- Knowledge of Treasury trade lifecycle: Trade Booking, Confirmation, Settlement, Valuation and Accounting.
- Experience in BRD, FRD, FSD and requirement gathering.
- Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT and functional testing.
- Good understanding of banking operations and financial markets.
- Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Treasury platforms such as Murex, Finacle, Temenos T24, Calypso or similar applications.
- Knowledge of RBI guidelines and banking regulatory requirements.
- Experience in Agile methodology and stakeholder management.
