Series Tours provides cabs, SUVs and tempo travellers for tourists visiting Kerala from all over India. We are hiring a Reservation Executive for our office at Nedumbassery, near Cochin Airport.

Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹29,000 per month (based on experience) + monthly incentive on booking profits

Working hours
10:00 am – 6:00 pm, 6 days a week Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries from across India
Understand the trip (dates, places, guests, luggage) and suggest the right vehicle
Prepare and send quotes quickly using our booking software
Follow up on pending quotes and convert enquiries into bookings
Confirm bookings and collect advance payments
Assign vehicles and share trip details with drivers and guests on WhatsApp
Coordinate with drivers during trips and handle customer requests
Keep every enquiry and booking updated in the system Requirements
Fluent spoken Hindi and English (must)
Basic computer

skills:




comfortable typing, using WhatsApp Web and working in online software
Explicit, polite phone manner
Knowledge of Kerala tourist places is an advantage
Call centre, travel, hotel or car rental experience preferred; freshers with solid Hindi and English welcome

What we offer
Fixed salary + monthly incentive on bookings
