Freshers –3 years preferred Shift
Rotational shift, as per company requirements Roles and Responsibilities
Operate plastic injection moulding machines as per production instructions.
Load raw materials and ensure the correct material is used for each component.
Collect moulded components and perform visual inspection for defects.
Check components for flash, short moulding, black spots, burn marks, cracks and dimensional defects.
Maintain the required production cycle time and achieve daily production targets.
Monitor machine parameters and immediately report abnormalities to the shift in-charge.
Follow approved work instructions, process parameters and quality standards.
Maintain production records,



rejection details and hourly production reports.
Segregate rejected components and prevent mixing of OK and NG parts.
Ensure proper handling, packing and storage of finished components.
Follow 5S practices and maintain cleanliness around the machine.
Use required PPE, including safety shoes, and follow all safety instructions.
Report machine breakdowns, material shortages and quality issues to the supervisor.
Support mould change activities and material changeovers under authorized personnel's supervision.
Follow company rules, shift timings and housekeeping requirements. Pay: ₹19,000.00
₹25,000.00 per month
